Hand hammered German steel blades which create air pockets which prevent things from sticking to the blades. Handle is multi-dimensional so there is a natural grip between the first and second finger for ease of use. To maintain the wood grain, rub occasionally with a mix of 50% olive oil and 50% white vinegar. Beautifully boxed!
