The Grand Event - A Recap

Our Grand Event was a huge success. Our goal for the weekend was to celebrate all of the things that inspired us to start Chapel Farm Collection one year ago. We kicked off the event with a large soiree on Friday night that included delicious food and drink and great local music for our guests to enjoy while they shopped. We kept hearing from our customers that they were amazed by all the inventory we had to offer! Christmas decorations decked the halls downstairs in the showroom while upstairs shoppers could find jewelry, baby gifts, vintage sterling silver and silver-plate, and many specialty gifts.

Saturday morning started with an Amy Howard at Home workshop, which the participants loved. It was hard to tell whether their favorite part was meeting Amy herself or getting to use her amazing products on their own sample items. We were proud to offer the proceeds from the workshop to support The Refuge, a residential recovery program for women in Robertsdale, Alabama. Some of the women who are currently enrolled in The Refuge were even able to participate in the workshop and learn a new skill themselves. Saturday afternoon included more shopping and socializing; it truly felt like a warm gathering of dear friends, even though there were plenty of faces there who we were just meeting for the first time!

We gathered in the chapel at Chapel Farm on Sunday morning for a time of worship. After a few scripture readings, a woman from The Refuge shared what her time there has meant to her. Amy Howard also shared her testimony and how the Lord has allowed her to use her business to reach the world with the news of the restoration that can be found in the Gospel. It was a beautiful morning and a reminder of why Chapel Farm Collection matters to us from an eternal perspective. We invited everyone who had joined us for the service to enjoy brunch al fresco at the Barn before we opened the showroom for one last afternoon of shopping and enjoying.

We were honored and humbled by all of the people who came out to be a part of the event - from friends who donned aprons and wrapped packages to those customers who did all of their Christmas shopping with us! Thank you all for your support and for making our event so grand! We are thankful.

Here's to grand celebrations,
